How much are the sessions?
What does a typical session look like?
The sessions are catered to the student. There are many cases where students complete homework during the session, other students may leave homework for home and solely work on getting ahead or catching up if they are behind. Majority of the time we focus on re-teaching concepts covered in class and then utilize homework or study guides as a way to assess that the student can handle the work moving forward. We utilize the time remaining to work on any concepts the student struggled with or getting them ahead in subjects of their choice.
What type of curriculum do you offer?
We do offer specific courses working on writing, reading and math foundations for those students who are behind in class. Most of our sessions revolve around the curriculum covered in class to ensure that students are seeing the same material during our sessions.
What should my child bring to the session?
Your child should bring all resources needed to accomplish what they want done. Bring homework if necessary, chrome book if given one, and any resources from the teacher that may be helpful during the session.
